ABYC Electrical Certification Course Training

Event Information
This course is designed for those with a minimum of 3-5 years practical experience with marine electrics. Students should have an understanding of basic electrical theory. Topics include AC power from shore and generators, battery systems, panel boards, cable installation, safety equipment, and troubleshooting tips.
This is a certification course. Successful students must pass a 200 question multi-choice exam to earn their certificate.

Tuition: $885 per student
Registration: students must register with ABYC directly, at 410-990-4460 x100 or 101
Travel: NOAA employees: Your program will be expected to cover travel and per diem expenses.
