In April, the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary (CINMS) Dive Team and NPS divers conducted a series of survey dives to search for an invasive algae, Undaria pinnatifida.
On April 3, 2017, Robert Schwemmer, NOAA Diver and West Coast Regional Maritime Heritage Coordinator, joined NPS rangers to recover a recently discovered archaeological artifact.
