NOAA divers pose with a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) near the Southern California coastline while conducting comparison surveys using open circuit SCUBA, closed circuit rebreathers, and the ROV. The divers were surveying endandered abalone.

NOAA Diver students conducted check out dives in the training tower at the NOAA Diving Center (NDC). The flamingo was recently adopted by NDC after it was found adrift in the NDC basin.
