May 5, 2015

On 29 April 2015, while changing operators, the boat drifted out of the channel and over a rock jetty.

October 31, 2012

On October 31, 2012, at approximately 0800, a member of the NOAA Dive Center aboard the M/V Dinsmore observed the 18ft. Sea Ark listing heavily to starboard. The boat had a pitch angle of about 15┬░ - 20┬░ degrees down by the stern.
